UEC proudly serves as the nonprofit 501(c)(3) auxiliary organization of California State University, San Bernardino—providing the infrastructure, services, and operational expertise that strengthen the university’s mission and daily life.
We support CSUSB through inclusive, student-centered service delivery, strategic business operations, and collaborative partnerships that enable academic excellence, innovation, and institutional sustainability.

Commercial Enterprises
We manage CSUSB’s dining program (Yotie Eats), the Coyote Bookstore, Vending Services, and UEC Space Rentals—all designed to enhance student life and foster campus connection
Internal Support Services
UEC provides internal Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial Services that support our enterprise teams, sponsored programs, and auxiliary operations.
Sponsored Programs Partnership
As CSUSB’s official grantee for external funding, UEC works closely with Sponsored Programs Administration to provide the financial and administrative infrastructure that enables faculty-led research and grants to succeed.
Strategic Vendor & Campus Collaboration
We cultivate strong relationships with vendors, service partners, and university units to ensure sustainable, compliant, and responsive operations across all we do.
University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) is a legally separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and an official auxiliary organization of California State University, San Bernardino.
While legally distinct, UEC operates as an integrated and essential partner to the university, supporting its mission through enterprise services, research infrastructure, and strategic partnerships in alignment with CSU policy.
